had training today.

wasn't so tough, but the 3 passes lay up was disastrous. we did it over and over for countless of time and still did not manage to complete 20 continuous baskets. but rong lie, one of the senior team player who take over han lin for today's training says we're getting the hang of it. do as a team! so, rong lie is a nice guy after all, cause his facee looks very stern.

then we learnt the set play that the senior team is using currently playing. did the set play, first without defenders, then with defenders. the difference is like huge. with active defenders, you don't get to run the play as fluidly as you wished to. but well, this is for the whole team to overcome. :)

coach says that by next week the jersey's should be ready. plusplus! he siad that with the new logo, the jersey's looks very nice and bright! hopefully it really is as nice as he had described. the hornets bag are coming in this sunday, costing us another $20. so total we have to pay to coach is $80 for the jersey, registration fee and the bag. :(( so ex. but its worth it.

coach says sunday, he'll whack us on physical, it will be at the super steep slope of the bukit batok nature park.
