YUMMY DINNER!

yes! yes!

my mood is super good after a hearty dinner of sharks fin, curry crab, crab dong fen and more!!!

was surprised that my aunt called me and say that we are going out to eat. that is why i left fu qin in school and went home myself. could not afford to miss this super dinner rite?

spent the evening at the oasis near the indoor stadium. it was hell quiet place at night. the empty stadium could spook you if it was to be left to rot there for a few more years.

and yes. i just loved the sharks fin soup.(though some might protest that we the sharks fin lovers are harming the sharks as most often than not, fishers only go for the fin and left the sharks to fend for themselves after they got the fins.) poor sharks. i'm so sorry, but it was too hard to resist. the crabs are less endangered so it was well worth the enjoyment without hurting your conscience. =)

cab-ed home on a freaking cab. the driver's tone of speaking was like he knew the world. speak in a way that make me so pissed off that i wished i could kick his shit out of him right on the highway. wondered how my aunt actually could even bother to chat with him. what the hell!!!

anyway, here i'm back home blogging about it!

i wonder when is the next time i will be having this kind of dinner(minus the sharks fin =) )

another wet and gloomy week

yes. it's another week passing by and prelims are drawing closer add that to the fact that i have not started my revision. hell man!

monday.
wet wet wet. if my memory did not fail me, i should say that monday was a wet morning. was almost late for school, even when school starts at 8.30am. oh. it was racial harmony day. wore a malay costume with the pants that was a tad too loose for my waist. so got to borrow safety pins from archana to pin the pants. first part of the day was short. very short. cause we had an extra period of recess. went back and had maths and geography before heading home.

tuesday.
did not really remember what happened. must have been a boring day.

wednesday.
had pe! finally a wednesday that is not spoilt by the weather. played floorball. it was fun, wilson calvin and me almost scored but yet missed it by whiskers. hee. then it was soccer during recess. the most fun session we had for the week i supposed. i've got a hat trick!(i'm already boasting about that). had 3 periods of maths towards the end of the day, which was... horrible! 2 periods of vectors question. then the scholar came in to say her goodbye, before passing us each a lollipop. taught me the last question for the vectors exercised. i must say that they were really made up of smart brains. could see things that i really could not.

thursday.
another weird day that i could not remember of. i must be getting some kind of memory loss disease....

friday.
it rained! yet again. must be caused by ms tai's yakking. haha. it was a short day. i went home straight after the geography tutorial.
bus-ed home with wilson and bumped into jazreel at batok interchange! that was so coincidental. if we decided to skip the 173 that was going to leave as we reached the interchange, i would not have met her. kind of qiao. all of us alighted at the same bus stop. so happen that she lives at the same condo as wilson. they both went off, and i took 184 home.

saturday.
was cooped up at home the whole day. supposed to go out with wilson, calvin, joash and yunye. but did not cause i suddenly had a change in mind. stayed at home for the rest of the evening watching tv and reading. i must say that those novels which pei rong borrow is very entertaining.

sunday.
it rained again this morning! was planning to go for a run but the rain ruined the plan. and so, i suppose i have to run in the evening. =). it's close to noon now, and i guess i'm going to finish the novel soon.

gotta go and grab my brunch! bye!!

GYM WORKOUT!!!

yeah.

finally did some workout to correct those flabby muscles that have been idling since a long long time ago. one word to describe the work out: satisfying(with double exclamation!!)

went to meet joash at yew tee, just opposite to hui han's house. met at 4. headed to the gym. talked about his outing on saturday to this ice cream shop at serene centre. sheesh. did not manage to go there with them.

started running on the treadmill as soon as we were all set to work our muscles out. 5 mins is all i took. then proceeded on to those workout stations to lift some weights.

started too ambitious. lifted a tad too heavy and was out of strength after just 7 tries. so, adjusted it a little lighter and yeah! completed a set of 10. hopped around the lot workout stations mainly to do some workout to my arms. i want to get a nice toned arms!!!

spent almost 2 hours there, before we decided that it was enough. saw hui han's message. headed down to yew tee cc to see who is there playing basketball. left after a while cause it was raining and did not have the mood to play. bus-ed down to lot 1.

ask about those nutritional drinks that will increase your muscle mass. wow! those stuffs are extraordinarily expensive! a large tin of it that only gives 24 serving cost $190.15!!! that's making me faint. then the saleslady showed us a cheaper alternative, which joash and i concluded that we are going to save up to buy that. we are desperate for muscles! =)

to popular for some stationery. then went to the arcade for soccer(i'm hooked to it!). saw pei pei there. wow! she's like still as pretty as before. hee. well, saw her twice there. one at the lift lobby, second in the arcade. wow. blessing to the eyes!

went home around eight. ate dinner and watched television till now!!!

BORING WEEK!!!

i was so so busy last week that i do not really have the time to blog... but, yeah. finally get some time to post now.

last week

do not really remember what happened last week, except for the dunearn military band's concert that i attended last saturday. started at 5. ended earlier than expected but roamed aimlessly around as the other people cannot decide where to go for dinner.

personally, i think that the band was fabulous... truly. hardly hear them play so many pieces, but was truly awed at their performance. my favourite was the pirates of the carribean. so nice! then there was their usual repertoire piece. heard it a few times and still find it nice. (when you listen to good music, you don't ever get sick of it.)

dinner at KFC. then went to batok csc for an hour of pool. there was jun yang, richie and hariz with 2 girls from my school. left at about eleven. then fu qin suggested that we go drink beer eat peanut. the idea got into us, and thankfully, there was feng xin who was 18 to help us get the booze we wanted. fu qin and wei zhong each had a can of carlsberg, while me and joash shared i bottle of bourbon and cola.

went home feeling hot and dizzy. must have drank too fast. lucky the alcohol level was only 8 percent. had it be more, i think someone have to carry me home.

monday.

listless day. was late for school. damn. 8.30 also managed to be late for school. i'm rather impressed at myself.
nothing much during lesson time, had our O level listening comprehension in the afternoon.

i almost fell asleep cause it was so humid, and the song that the radio station was playing was lulling me to sleep.

the listening was shrewd. you have to listen carefully as some of the passage do not give you the answer straightforward. you got to read between the lines.

tuesday.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUI HAN!!! sweet sixteen that is.
scored two goals during our recess soccer. and in class, everyone is wishing him happy birthday!
i suppose he got alot of presents. i chipped in for his topshop wallet with the rest of the gang.

wednesday.
the damned rain forbids us from playing rounders on the field. in the end we played at the hall. small and cramped, but we still managed to have some fun. the rain continued and so no soccer for us.

had no tutorial as ms lim was not in school, so we could go off early. i stayed behind to wait for fu qin to go home with me. (i hate to go home alone =) ) played andrew's psp while waiting. bus-ed home with fu qin.

today.
it was still raining. damn rain. i can't stand it.

maths lesson was taught by mr ng instead of the scholar teacher we had yesterday. was quite surprised that she was no teaching us.(she was super cute alright. so shy and nervous about teaching us). physics was horrible. i don't know what the hell i was doing. the practical totally ruined my day. spent most of the time drawing lines on a piece of paper and caused me to only half finish my practical. sigh.

had a mock e maths test after school. that was another horrible thing. i mistaken the bearing from north is 070degree for a normal 70degree. the n i drew the whole construction question wrongly. DOUBLE DAMN.

played soccer after that. scored two goals!! a half volley and a blast. combined well with calvin. hee. scored quite a few in the beginning, but at the back, andrew let it more goals than we managed to score, so. yeah,it was a lost. but there was fun. went home with fu qin yet again.

tomorrow.
i'm gonna go home early!
i wanna start studying for my o level!!!

i suppose i'm gonna cut down my blogging for the rest of these revision period!!!

another week...

yet again another week passed... with nothing much learnt at school... it's very depressing to know such thing do happen... cause O level is really just round the corner...

monday.
was a holiday. i stayed at home all day long. sleeping. and doing some unfinished homework.

tuesday.
was almost late for school. cause i woke up late, again... (i'm such a pig that, that i'm having problem waking up.)

had lessons till 1.05, before i left for chinese oral. practically did nothing from 1.05 till the reporting time. and the wait for my turn for oral was even more agonizing cause I'M the LAST student to take the oral. sat outside the MRLC from 1.40 till 4.00!!! horrible...

and the oral was a total disaster! guess i'll have to retake my chinese papers again. to cover up for the lousy oral. the conversation totally failed me. question was how i felt on the government's effort in helping the authorities in setting up facilities for the handicapped. which sad to say, i have no idea cause i totally suck at this topic. =( DAMN!

wednesday.
lessons was disrupted again cause the second half of my class went for their oral. so teachers could not teach that much. that most of them gave us worksheets to do.

went home early to do more homework.!

thursday.
was going to have youth day celebrations. so from recess till 1.40, we have free time. no lessons. and the maths tutorial that we are supposed to have was cancelled, courtesy of our lovely mr.ng who is so kind to let us off.

went down to IRC with calvin, joash, yunye, and wilson. played counter strike for 2 hours. was totally trashed in a few maps by joash's friends. but we won more than we lost, so it is alright to say that yes! we are the better ones.

today.
every lesson was only one period. stand the whole social studies period cause never hand in other school's paper which mdm zaharah had requested from us.

maths was about application of integration. was little puzzled on the sums, but managed to understand the question, courtesy of en hui who slowly taught me. =)

recess was soccer session with the sec3s. calvin was super unlucky today. first was tripped by a malay guy, scratched his elbow a bit, then after that, when he was fighting for the ball with yuuki, then his specs drop and broke... poor guy...

spent the whole english lesson playin solitaire on yunye's ipod.

went home at about 2. after teaching andrew some of the integration quetions! hey, i'm improving in my a maths alright!(i hope so..)

tomorrow.
have not come up with any plans yet, but most probably will be going down to my house's community centre to shoot some basket. i totally suck in shooting nowadays..
